Villa I homes make up roughly half of Desert Dorado Villas and have vaulted ceilings in the living and dining areas. The master bedroom has a large sliding-glass door with access to a private patio.

I felt a little more secure having a gated parking entrance for residence only. And I know no one is going to be parked in my spot. All guests park outside the main gate and walk in. So they call whomever they're visiting at the gate to be buzzed in.

Well Maintained
The desertscape around the property adds to the property's charm. The grounds are always tended to. Flowering annuals are swapped with the seasons. So there is always a new pop of color.
